Overview

SPC-500 flooring is built on a limestone-filled rigid polymer core, so planks do not swell when water sits on them and no underlay is needed for stability. A high-definition decor film sits under a transparent wear layer, with a UV coat on top for scuff and stain resistance.

The range covers 1220 x 180 mm and 1220 x 150 mm planks and 600 x 300 mm herringbone tiles, in 4 mm, 4.5 mm and 5 mm thickness with 0.3 mm or 0.5 mm wear layers. The click profile is cut on all four sides, so planks go down over most flat subfloors without adhesive and can be lifted again if the space is refitted.

Product Features

Waterproof Rigid Core

The stone-polymer core does not swell or delaminate in water, which makes the floor suitable for kitchens, clinics and washroom surroundings.

Click-Lock, No Glue

Four-sided click profiles lock planks together by hand, so a room can be laid without adhesive and taken up again if needed.

Wear Layer Options

0.3 mm suits homes and light offices, while 0.5 mm is specified for hotels, schools and retail with heavy footfall.

E0 Formaldehyde-Free

The core contains no added formaldehyde and meets E0 limits, which helps projects pass indoor air quality requirements.

Installation

Check the subfloor is flat, dry and clean, with no more than 3 mm variation over a 2 m straight edge.

Fit expansion spacers along the walls and leave an 8 to 10 mm gap at the perimeter and every fixed object.

Start in a corner and click planks together row by row, cutting the last plank of each row to fit.

Fit skirting or edge profiles, then clean the floor and check for open joints, lipping and hollow spots.

Packing & Loading

Planks are packed in cartons by fixed piece count, with a moisture liner and labels showing batch details.
Cartons are stacked on pallets, wrapped and strapped, with corner boards protecting container edges.
Mixed colors can ship in one container with a minimum per color; neutral and OEM cartons are both available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Yes. The rigid core is waterproof and the click joint is tight, so SPC handles kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and clinic washrooms. Wipe up standing water at the edges, and seal the perimeter with silicone where splash is constant.

Yes, when the tiles are sound, flat and dry. Fill grout lines or deep joints with levelling compound first, keep the floor flat to within 3 mm over 2 m, and leave an 8 to 10 mm expansion gap at the walls.
