Installation

Check that the substrate is flat, dry and dust free, then plan the layout so joints avoid impact corners.

Cut the panels with a fine-tooth blade and pre-drill fixing points to prevent the hard face from chipping.

Apply panel adhesive in continuous beads across the back, then press the panel firmly and roll it flat.

Install protective trims at corners and dado lines, then clean the surface and inspect joints before handover.

Packing & Loading

Panels are packed in heavy-duty cartons with foam interlayers and reinforced edges to survive sea freight.
A 20GP container loads roughly 3500-4500 m2 depending on panel size, with loading plans confirmed per order.
Cartons are marked with model, shape code, batch, quantity and carton number, and OEM labels are available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

The shape range is similar, but the core is reinforced and the surface layer is hardened to resist impact and scuffing. It suits corridors, transport hubs and public buildings where ordinary panels wear quickly.

Yes. The surface tolerates routine cleaning agents, alcohol-based wipes and common disinfectants used in clinics and schools. Avoid strong solvents and abrasive pads, which dull the finish over time.

The panel is designed for interior walls and high-traffic indoor areas. For exterior facades we recommend a dedicated exterior cladding product such as flexible stone veneer or PU stone panel from our range.

MOQ is 300 m2 per shape for standard colors, and lead time is 15-20 working days after deposit. Projects needing several shapes are consolidated into one container and shipped from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
