Overview

PU faux stone wall panel is cast in a steel mold from polyurethane resin blended with stone powder, which reproduces the split face, ledgestone and cobble profiles of natural stone cladding. Panel thickness sits between 30mm and 50mm, giving real shadow lines on the wall without the weight of quarried stone.

Because a panel weighs about 3-5 kg/m2, one installer can position and fix a full wall alone, and no structural reinforcement or stone anchors are needed. Interlocking edges hide the joints and keep the coursing aligned across the wall.

Product Features

Lightweight Cladding

At 3-5 kg/m2 a panel is far lighter than natural stone, so walls, ceilings and feature columns need no extra reinforcement.

Installation

Mark a level line at the wall base and check flatness, then plan the layout from a corner.

Start the first course from the bottom corner and fix each panel with adhesive plus screws at the studs.

Interlock the next panels side by side and stack upward, checking level every two or three courses.

Cut panels around outlets and corners with a hand saw, then seal joints and touch up cut edges.

Packing & Loading

Panels are stacked face to back with foam separators in cartons to protect the relief surface in transit.
One pallet carries about 80-120 m2 depending on profile depth; a 40HQ container loads roughly 1500 m2.
Each carton shows model, color, batch and quantity; neutral or buyer-branded labels are available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

PU Faux Stone Wall Panel — Product FAQ

The molds are cast directly from natural ledgestone and split-face rock, so the relief, shading and edge breaks follow real stone. From normal viewing distance most buyers cannot tell the difference, and color is stable across batches.

Yes. The panels are UV stabilized and tolerate rain, frost and temperature swings when fixed with exterior-grade adhesive or clips and sealed at joints. In strong sun, mid and darker tones show less fading.

The material reaches Class B1 flame spread rating, which satisfies most commercial interior requirements. If your project specifies Class A or a non-combustible assembly, confirm with our sales team before ordering.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color for standard profiles, with 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom molds for a new stone profile require additional tooling time and a higher minimum order quantity.
